Shipping & Returns

All orders ship out daily Monday-Friday, except for holidays. Orders received by 1:00 P.M. PST. will ship that day, otherwise, your order ships the next business day.  If an order is placed on the weekend, your package ships the next business day. Orders placed on holidays will ship the next business day.  Have a special need?   Contact us and we will move mountains to make sure you get your order in a timely manner. 

Holiday Delays:   If your order is placed during a holiday week, expect slow movement by the postal service that you choose.  We ship out every business day, but sometimes shipping services are slow to process on their end due to days that they are closed for the holiday. 

Shipping:

  • Orders processed daily M-F from California.  
  • Free standard USPS shipping in the continental USA, 1-4 days for delivery. Possibly longer pending delays in your area or postal holidays.
  • Priority Expedited USPS Domestic, starting at $5.60, 1-3 days for delivery.
  • ŸInternational Priority Flat Rate USPS, starting at $35.00, 6-10 days for delivery.
  • International USPS First Class Mail, $15.00, 10-21 days for delivery.
  • UPS Ground 2-5 days business days pending location.
  • UPS Second Day 2 business days pending holidays.
  • UPS Overnight next business day pending holidays.
  • Duties & Taxes for international orders may be applied as the package goes through a particular port. Every port is different, and there is no way of telling which package will be charged. These added fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Free USA 30 day Return Policy: It’s very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase FOR ONLY UNWORN ITEMS IN ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING.  We do not refund used items or items without original packaging.   Refunds are posted the same day an item is received back to us. Please see below for return authorization.
  • Return Authorization: All items must have return authorization before sending back to us. Contact us by phone or email. You will be emailed a return authorization form and a pre-paid return shipping address label. Print and send RA form with the returned item.
  • Exchanges: Send us a return request for your item. Once the item is received back to us, a prompt refund will apply back to the original source. At any time, simply repurchase the product of your choosing. We offer free shipping for USA orders.
  • Foreign orders: Returns for a refund are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Return Postage is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are posted the same day an item is received back to us.
